お伺い先は、お客様ご自身でご予約いただいたホテルとなります。
ご自宅や特別な場所への派遣をご希望の際は、事前にご相談ください。

■ お支払いについて

料金はすべて税込・明朗会計となっております。
セラピストが到着後、最初に直接お支払いいただく形です。ご不明な点があれば、事前にお問合せください。

■ 交通費について

東京都内・埼玉県の一部地域への派遣は、料金に交通費を含めてご案内しております。
ただし、駅から離れている場所やタクシーの利用が必要なケースでは、事前に交通費のご相談をさせていただく場合がございます。

■キャンセル・変更について

一度お受けさせていただいたご予約の変更・キャンセルはご遠慮いただいております。
ご予約枠を確保した時点で、他のお客様のご案内が難しくなってしまいますため、やむを得ない事情がある場合を除き、確定後のご変更はご遠慮ください。

■ サービスについて

・当店は、届け出済みの合法的な店舗型デリバリーヘルスです。
・いかなる場合も本番行為や違法行為はお受けしておりませんので、ご理解とご協力をお願いいたします。

・Our therapists are on standby, so we kindly ask you to make your reservation at least 90 minutes in advance of your desired start time.

・Please book your own hotel before the session.
If you prefer a different location such as your home, feel free to contact us for confirmation in advance.

■ Payment

・All prices are tax-included and clearly listed.
・Please prepare the exact amount in cash and pay directly to the therapist at the beginning of the session.

・To avoid any confusion, we kindly ask that you prepare the exact amount without needing change. If you have any questions, feel free to ask us in advance.

■ Transportation Fee

・We offer free transportation within Tokyo and selected areas of Saitama.
・If the destination is far from a station or requires a taxi, we may ask for a transportation fee in advance. We will inform you beforehand if needed.

■ Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy 

Once your reservation is confirmed, we kindly ask that you refrain from canceling or rescheduling.
Each booking blocks a valuable time slot for your therapist and prevents us from accommodating other guests.

Unless in case of unavoidable circumstances, please avoid any last-minute changes.

Please note: No-shows or frequent last-minute cancellations may result in a refusal of future bookings.

■ Service Policy

・Our service is a licensed and legal outcall massage service in accordance with local laws.
